Optimize Your Nutrition, Optimize Your Health, Optimize Your Life!
We Take a Look Under the Hood
You cannot rely on the scale as your only indicator of progress if you want to optimize your health! You'll complete your personal lab work that can reveal contributors to fatigue, digestive symptoms, weight issues, poor joint health, poor metabolic health and so much more.
The test analyzes your vitamin and mineral deficiencies; need for antioxidants, amino acids, and fatty acids; neurotransmitter balance; nutrition absorption and digestive needs.
Step 1: Receive your lab kit in the mail.
Step 2: Collect your urine and a blood prick at home.
Step 3: Mail the specimens back to the lab.
Step 4: Receive your Dietitian's interpretation of the labs via video and get your personalized nutrition & supplement plan that is based on your unique needs.
Note: All Lab Fees are included in the cost of the program.
Meet the Founder
Brigid Titgemeier, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCP is the CEO and founder of Being Functional Nutrition and a functional medicine dietitian. Today Brigid and her team of Functional Medicine Registered Dietitians work to help people improve their symptoms, labs and relationship with health. Her company offers individual, group and corporate nutrition coaching programs that have helped more than 6,000 people reverse or mitigate food-driven diseases using a data-driven, personalized approach to using food as medicine.
Brigid is a leader in the field of functional nutrition. She was a co-founding dietitian at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine under Dr. Mark Hyman and co-created an integrative and functional nutrition course at Case Western Reserve University's School of Medicine in 2016 where she teaches future healthcare practitioners.
