"I am now able to think about how food will make me feel in the long run rather than in the moment. And I appreciate that there is room for imperfections (real life!), which is such a relief. This makes it easier to navigate food choices when I am outside of my own kitchen."

-Molly

"I've become more forgiving of myself for minor deviations, which is an important step of the process. I've greatly increased my bounce back ability! Health is a marathon and not a sprint."

-Mark

"I used to just go into events promising myself that I will not eat all of the unhealthy food. Then I would ultimately eat the cake, pizza and chips and leave feeling so upset with myself for abandoning my health. Now, with a realistic strategy and plan in place, I can enjoy without falling off the deep end."
