Meet Our Founder:
Brigid Titgemeier, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCP is a functional medicine dietitian. Prior to starting BeingBrigid, Brigid trained at the Cleveland Clinic, where she co-founded the nutrition department at the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Functional Medicine, under Dr. Mark Hyman. Today Brigid's team of functional medicine Registered Dietitians offer data-driven, personalized nutrition programs and coaching. While she is not running her virtual nutrition practice, Brigid teaches integrative and functional nutrition at Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. Brigid earned a Master’s of Science in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. She is board certified in integrative and functional nutrition and completed the Institute for Functional Medicine’s advanced practitioner credentialing program. She has published numerous articles for Cleveland Clinic Health Essentials, Mind Body Green, U.S. News and World Report, the Huffington Post and her own website, Beingbrigid.com.

All lab fees are included in the cost of the program. You will receive the lab kits in the mail and collect samples at home.
